Face & Neck Lift (Rhytidectomy)
A face and neck lift treats sagging skin and muscles, refines the jawline, and reduces a double chin for a smoother, more youthful look—often making patients appear 10–15 years younger. The procedure takes about two and a half hours, with final results visible in 8 weeks and lasting up to 15 years.
Nose Surgery
Rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure that reshapes and refines the nose while preserving its function. It can correct width, humps, drooping tips, wide nostrils, or a deviated septum. The surgery takes 1–2 hours, with recovery in about 10 days. Final results appear within 8–12 weeks, improving appearance and breathing.
Fat Transfer (Micro Lipo-injection)
Fat transfer uses your own body fat to restore natural facial or body volume, creating a youthful and refreshed appearance. The procedure takes about two hours, with recovery in around a week. Some fat is absorbed, while the remaining portion is permanent. Additional sessions may enhance long-term results.
Body Contouring Surgeries
Liposuction
- Definition: A surgical procedure that sculpts the body by removing unwanted localized fat deposits.
- Common Areas: For women, it includes the hips, thighs, abdomen, arms, and neck; for men, it includes the abdomen, love handles, and chest.
- Important Note: It is a body contouring procedure, not a weight-loss method, and it does not remove cellulite or loose skin.
- Recovery: Most patients return to work within 3 to 5 days. A compression garment must be worn for 4 weeks.
- Results: Initial results appear in 4 to 6 weeks, with final results achieved after 2 to 3 months.
Arm Lift
An Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the upper arms, between the armpit and the elbow, to create a firmer and more youthful arm contour. In some cases, liposuction may be performed along with the surgery. The procedure usually takes 2 to 2.5 hours under general anesthesia. After surgery, mild swelling may occur and patients are advised to wear a compression garment for 4 weeks. Most people can return to work after about one week, and results become more noticeable within 8 weeks.
Thigh Lift
- Definition: A procedure where excess skin and fat are removed from the inner or outer thighs to correct sagging caused by aging or massive weight loss.
- Procedure: Often involves a combination of liposuction (to remove fat) and surgical excision (to remove loose skin).
- Recovery: Patients will need assistance for the first 2 days and must wear a compression garment for 4 weeks.
- Results: Results become visible as early as the 2nd week, with the final shape appearing after 8 to 12 weeks.
- Scars: Incision scars fade gradually starting from the 2nd month and reach their final appearance after 12 to 18 months.
Butt Augmentation (Gluteoplasty)
- Techniques:
- Fat Grafting: Fat is harvested via liposuction from areas like the love handles and injected into the buttocks.
- Implants: Silicone implants are placed (usually below the muscle) for those who lack enough donor fat or desire a very full look.
- Duration: Takes 1 to 2 hours depending on the chosen technique.
- Important Recovery Notes:
- Patients must sleep on their stomachs for 2 to 3 weeks.
- Driving should be avoided for 2 to 3 weeks.
- In fat grafting, the body absorbs 50% to 75% of the injected fat; the remaining amount is permanent after 3 months.
